The Department of Veterans Affairs has embraced innovation to provide high-quality hearing health care while improving timeliness and increasing accessibility through over 40,000 teleaudiology appointments in 2018. With the expansion of technology to allow for asynchronous and home-based options, VA providers have been challenged to embrace innovative service delivery models. This presentation will demonstrate multiple teleaudiology modalities such as clinical video telehealth, store-and-forward telehealth, and video-to-home solutions to provide diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing health care in a virtual care environment.
