Frequency specific evoked potential bone conduction testing is challenging but necessary for a complete auditory picture. Challenges arise from both the stimuli and transducer. However, frequency specific bone conduction is critical for the assessment of the cochlear, auditory nerve, and central auditory pathway function. Utilization of the Narrow Band CE-Chirp with the new B81 bone oscillator changes from a daunting task to a routine evoked potential recording.
