The hearing care professional (HCP) can now use the patient’s smartphone to provide exceptional hearing care throughout the trial period and beyond. TeleCare is a smartphone application designed to ensure a continuous and secure communication channel between the HCP and the patient. The connection facilitates communication, professional care, wearer engagement, remote consultations and fine-tuning adjustments. Clinical research reveals that TeleCare not only enhances post-fitting communication with the HCP, strengthens the rapport, but also improves patient satisfaction with their hearing instruments.
