Our profession has seen an interest in adopting the use of cognitive tests in the clinic. An integration of these tests with traditional speech tests could make them more meaningful and time efficient. The ORCA Repeat-Recall test (RRT) uses high and low context sentences presented at various signal-to-noise ratios. Patients first repeat, then recall and rate their effort. Development, validity, reliability, and applications of test results will be discussed.
