Although older adults report that obtaining health information is a main reason why they use the internet, many do not use accessible and efficacious self-management available over the internet. In the development of the iManage (My Hearing Loss) program, a program to promote visits to an audiologist after a failed hearing screen, we are conducting usability testing using the “Think Aloud Technique” to ensure that all participants in the target demographic (45-85) are able to progress through the program effectively.
