The University of Michigan's Audiology service offers an Audiology Fellowship with a focus in Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring. Our Fellows have been natives of Australasia and the United States, and have found post-Fellowship employment in their homelands in private and academic medical settings. During a year of training, monitoring is learned during complex ear, head and neck, and skull base surgical procedures in pediatric and adult surgical services. The content and goals of this unique paid opportunity will be described.
