Wireless Assistive Listening Devices have helped individuals improve word recognition by increasing the signal-to-noise ratio. However, the sound transmission can be dependent on variables affecting antenna strength. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the transmission range of Roger technology in different environments. Significant differences in antenna strength were found as a function of distance between the speaker and listener and test environment (inside or outside).
