Janet Koehnke, Ph.D., CCC-A, ASHA Fellow, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Montclair State University in New Jersey. She oversees the professional audiology (AuD) program, the professional speech-language pathology (MA) program, and the research doctoral (PhD) program in communication sciences and disorders. Dr. Koehnke is ASHA Vice-President for Academic Affairs in Audiology and actively advances the IPE/IPP strategic objective. She also conducts research on the effects of aging and hearing loss on binaural and spatial hearing.
