As leaders define the cultures of their organizations, our organizational cultures guide how we provide services and supports to people with I/DD and their families from diverse backgrounds. Join us for a conversation on the importance of being a culturally responsive workplace and the impact it can have on our constituents. Racial disparities in services for people with I/DD, personal introspection on biases and the impact on behavior, and small group work will all be included. Attendees will develop and leave with a plan for change that can be taken back and implemented in their organizations.
Separate registration is required for this session.
