The Arc is launching a campaign intended to accelerate and guide progress on developing an inclusive organizational culture and integrating diversity into our programs. What can it do for your chapter? Through a series of activities, chapters can assess where their needs are and identify actions that can help them achieve their goals. The Challenge has been designed as a way for chapters to track their progress on their strategic diversity goals. The Challenge won’t solve every issue an organization will face, but by working on these organizational systemic, structural and programmatic areas real progress can be made in creating a culture that values all employees and provides high quality solutions to organizational goals and objectives.
