An Individualized Approach to ADHD Management: Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patient Considerations

Friday, October 26
2:45 PM - 4:00 PM
Location: Tangerine WF4

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) presents unique challenges with respect to optimal management strategies across the developmental lifespan of its patient population. While well-recognized in pediatric patients as the most common neurobehavioral disorder of children under 10 years of age, the occurrence of ADHD through adolescence and adulthood is largely underappreciated. Dr. Rostain will lead this session focusing on addressing the unique diagnostic and treatment challenges across the lifespan of patients with ADHD. In addition, he will review how individualized, age-appropriate management plans can be beneficial to increase positive clinical outcomes.

Supported by an educational grant from Shire.
