What's Preventing Us from Preventing Alzheimer's Disease?

Friday, October 26
10:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: W240

One in three seniors die with a diagnosis of dementia. An estimated 50% of all cases of dementia have been attributable to modifiable risk factors. Compelling scientific evidence points to the importance of modifiable risk factors for dementia. This session will highlight this emerging science and translate it into practical strategies for improving age-related cognitive decline and delaying the onset of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
