Marlyn Reynolds achieved her MPA from Marist College in June 2002 and her MSW from Stony Brook University in May 2008. She is currently the Program Director for the HOPWA/HUD Family/HUD IPS / and HASA supported housing programs at ICL. Marlyn started working at ICL in 2004 as the Family Development Specialist with the HOPWA program. In 2008 she became the Program Director for HOPWA and HUD Family supported housing programs. In 2014 she additionally became the Program Director for the HUD IPS and HASA supported housing programs. Prior to her work at ICL, Marlyn worked in the foster care system helping to reunite children with their parents. Marlyn has worked in this field for over 15 years and is very passionate about the work she does on behalf of her clients on a daily basis.
