In this workshop-like presentation, you will discover how to use journey mapping to see your show through the eyes of your customers and attendees; uncover both positive and negative components of the experience; identify opportunities for better resource alignment, information sharing, etc.; develop strategies and tactics for increasing engagement, participation and more. At the end of the workshop, you will receive your own journey map template that you can use for your own show.
