Jeffrey J. Hellenbrand “Jeff”
Jeff’s water treatment career began as a youngster back in August of 1967 when his parents Jim & Florence started Hellenbrand Water Softeners. In 1994 Jeff along with his brothers Terry and Paul purchased the business from their parents.
Today Hellenbrand is well-known and respected name in the Water Treatment Industry throughout the U.S., with over 70 employees and four divisions:
• Hellenbrand Water Center in Waunakee where they market their products and services to end-users in approximately a 30 mile radius around Madison.
• Industrial Division where they provide services and products to larger users of water like Kraft, Kwik Trip, Johnsonville, New Glarus Brewery and U.W. Madison.
• Manufacturing Division where they market their products and services through the plumbing/wholesale channels in Wisconsin and through their extensive dealer network with 250 independent dealers in approximately 40-states.
• Salt Division where the wholesale salt to C-Stores in Wisconsin and through their dealer base throughout the U.S.
Jeff has an Associate Degree in Accounting & Business Administration and over 40-years of experience in the Water Treatment Industry. He is an active member in the Wisconsin Water Quality Association, the National Water Quality Association and past Board of Director of each. He is also a member of: ASPE (American Society of Plumbing Engineers) WI Plumbing Association, and the Madison Area Plumbing Association. Since 2010 Jeff has been actively involved in the reduction of chlorides with the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District as well as through WQA committee’s and task forces.
In his free time, he enjoys relaxing at the cabin in Northern WI, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and spending quality time with his family.
