Introduction & Objective : Percutaneous NephroLithotomy (PCNL) is the preferred technique for treating larger kidney stones (over 2cm in diameter) located within the kidney. nIt involves keyhole surgery that is performed through a 1cm incision in the skin. Stone clearance rate is better than RIRS. A research from Frence mentioned that Radiation would let physician get posterior subcapsular cataract. So we should avoid radiation as much as possible. Today we present a method is total radiation free without the risk of pelvis perforation.
Methods : We usde echo guide to set guidewire first then use DVIU to make PCN tract. Use stone basket for remove stone burden and set D-J antegradely.
Results : OP time: 41min, Almost stone clean. PCN tract making time: 4min 11sec Blood loss:30ml
Conclusions : We should avoiding radiation as much as possible. With this method, we can perform PCNL without C-arm. It is a total radiation free procedure.
