Methods : A 60 year old gentleman was incidentally detected to have multiple renal masses in the right kidney in a routine health checkup. CECT showed multiple renal masses –
- largest being 4cm – lateral cortex upper pole
- 1.3cm lateral – mid right kidney
- 1.7cm medial anterior – mid right kidney
- 1.6cmcorticomedullary lesion posterior lower pole
- 2cm cyst in right mid kidney
Results : Partial nephrectomies were succesfully completed with a warm ischemia time of 27 minutes. Postoperative period was uneventful. He was discharged with a creatinine value of 1.1.

Conclusions : Robotic partial nephrectomy for 3 or more tumors in a single kidney is safe and feasible in selected patients.
More importantly, these data demonstrate exceptional renal function preservation despite the highly challenging nature of this type of surgery.
