Jason Oxman

Electronic Transactions Association

Oxman brings two decades of technology and policy experience to ETA, the global trade association representing more than 500 financial and technology companies in the electronic payments industry. He joined ETA from the Consumer Electronics Association, owner of the International CES®, where he served as senior vice president of industry affairs. Previously, Oxman served as general counsel of a technology industry trade association and as vice president of a Silicon Valley-based technology company. Oxman also worked at the Federal Communications Commission to develop and implement technology and broadband policies. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Maine Supreme Court, and he is also a former broadcast journalist. Oxman received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College, and his M.S. and J.D. from Boston University.

Lou Anne Alexander

Group President of Payment Solutions
Early Warning

Lou Anne Alexander, group president of payment solutions, leads the Early Warning payments product line. Alexander’s team is currently focused on creating faster payment solutions for financial institutions. She played a key role in the company’s acquisition of clearXchange, advancing Early Warning’s real-time P2P and Network Services offerings. Alexander is a frequent contributor on topics ranging from payments, retail banking, and risk for American Banker, PaymentsSource, The Wall Street Journal, and others. She has presented at industry events including Money20/20, BAI Payments Connect, NACHA Payments and others.
Alexander joined Early Warning in 2009 and has held several leadership positions while expanding the payments and risk product roadmaps. As a recognized banking industry veteran, she served for more than two decades in executive positions at Wells Fargo, Wachovia and First Union National Banks.
Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Queens University in Charlotte, NC.
