He also directs the hiring and on-boarding process and compliance with all labor, safety and benefits regulations and programs. Steve has over 20 years of experience in operations, accounting, marketing and revenue management.

Lindsey Colby is the Employee Development and Policy Specialist for Banner Property Management under the Education Department where she works to improve employee performance as a leadership and operations coach. In addition to her current role as a corporate trainer, Lindsey has managed affordable and market assets, a renovation lease-up, and held a Regional Manager position over Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 Communities. Lindsey received her BA from North Park University and holds an ATD Training Certification.
