Having an accurate product costs is one of the most important things a company must have. Increasing revenue is important, but not as important to understanding the relationship between revenue and cost. Some like to say, ”revenue is for show but profit is what makes things go”. Knowing your cost will help you will help you drive your business decisions. Will significant increase of revenue allow the company to reduce his overall costs or will it just risk which may be already a marginal business. Avoiding business that is not profitable can only be accomplished if you understand your cost. This session will include the following:
