FIN13 - The New Vendor Invoice Automation in Practice

With the D365FO spring release, a new vendor invoice automation feature became available that provides users with an end-to-end process starting from vendor invoice scanning, workflow processing and archiving. This presentation shows how we implemented those new functionalities in a larger customer environment. A major focus is made on pitfalls and things to look out for when implementing the new functionality. As many of the new vendor invoice automation functionalities were already available in prior (AX2012) versions, also users that currently do not make use of D365FO will benefit from this session.

• Upon completion, participants will be able to know details of the new vendor invoice automation feature, what it includes and what it does not and how to use it in practice.
• Upon completion, participants will be able to see how to use the vendor invoice automation workbench in Dynamics AX2012 and Dynamics 365FO and be familiar with the additional options and features that became available in Dynamics 365FO
• Upon completion, participants will know what is included and not included in the new vendor invoice automation workbench package.
