Paul Bevins, CRM Delivery Team Manager at Wesleyan Assurance Society and Andrew Bibby, Dynamics 365 MVP and Project Advisor describe a key part of their journey to implement Dynamics 365 to over 700 expectant, and prepared, users. Paul and Andrew share their experience of working on a complex, multi-year programme and getting users to a state of readiness, in addition to ensuring the system is ready to go live. The session is split into two parts that straddle the 3 months either side of go-live; part 1 – getting the business ready to receive the new system and business processes, and part 2, living with the new system and successfully transitioning into day-to-day operations. We’ll share what we learned - and what we would do again - with testing, training, implementation planning, business restructuring, support model and ongoing changes, knowledge transfer, effective and timely communications and measuring success.
