Swedish Match is running a global Dynamics AX for 34 legal entities, covering 5 countries on two continents, spanning over a time zone difference of seven hours. We have approx. 750 users utilizing our ERP system. During this session we will talk about how we manage requests for enhancements to our Dynamics AX. We will cover planning coordination, scheduling and executing enhancements, as well as how we communicate internally around this topic.

Catharina Wenngren is Head of ERP Solutions at Swedish Match, a global manufacturer of smokefree tobacco products. Catharina has close to 20 years experience working in IT with 10 of those years working with Dynamics AX 2009. Her experience with Dynamics AX includes anything from leading large international implementation projects to supporting end users.
