Planning for an implementation project is a challenging and critical task separate from the implementation project itself. This session will provide an overview of the recently executed pre-study for an implementation of Dynamics 365 to replace AX 2009. Topics covered include analysis of critical business processes, lessons learned, and things that went right in this project to plan the implementation of Dynamics 365 Fin and Ops for a global organization.
