From Solution Architecture to international rollouts all over the world Harald had always a leading role concerning integration of service related processes in core business functionalities. Harald has studied mechanical engineering and automation engineering and worked in service businesses for many years. All service expierences were channelized in the role of a product manager for Sycor.Service - an ISV solution for Dynamics 365 for Operations.
In the last years lots of time was dedicated to the integration of Business Intelligence, IoT and actual Industry 4.0 requirements into classical service processes.
