Upgrading your ERP system to Dynamics 365 is the ideal occasion to have a critical look at your business processes. Many modifications in the old version might have become obsolete either due to changes in business processes or to new functions in the new version. This contribution suggests ways to involve your Key Users and business partners. Join this session to learn how to approach building this into your upgrade project.

Martin Drude graduated from Aachen Technical University as a Mechanical Engineer.
He first worked several years as a logistics consultant, before he started managing Dynamics AX implementation projects in 2001.
After more than ten years in the IT consulting business, he became Head of IT at Truetzschler, a Germany based manufacturer of textile machines with subsidiearies in China, India, Brazil and the United States.
Truetzschler currently uses AX at several locations in Germany and China.

Martin Drude also coordinates the German AX usergroup within the Microsoft Business User forum (mbuf).
