Having worked with ecommerce and the digital platforms since 2006, I have learned that ambitions, creativity and execution are the 3 main pillars to suceed in todays heavily digitalized business environment.
My digital experience started out in 2006 where I, as a Commercial Director for a bigger wholesale company within FMCG, led an ecommerce project from analyzis to go-live. The solution we ended up offering to our customers was a self service portal covering integration to ERP, 1.500 subdealers, customer specific pricing in 10 currencies, 10.000 products and 60 mill. prices changing in average every 10 minutes. Leading this project made me to understand that digitalizing a company is not only about technology - but actually more about changing the organizations mindset and getting co-workers to understand the WHY, WHAT, WHEN and HOW TO.

Since 2012 I have worked with the technology itself at Dynamicweb Software - Headquartered in Denmark. At Dynamicweb we have developed a Microsoft Technology driven online platform covering Content Management, Ecommerce, Marketing Tools and Product Information Management in one platform.
Eventhough I work for a technology company - I still believe that technology is just a means to reach a goal. I strongly believe that the digital difference is made within the individual persons minds. That means that if a company has ambitions and the employees has the creativity then it is only a question about execution regardless of which technology is chosen.
