Irina is an experienced ERP consulting professional, with 10+ year’s carrier in the field of software implementation, business process re-engineering, project management, and agile methodologies. During the years, she has been engaged in different roles: Functional consultant, Business analysts, Solution architect, Team leader, Project manager and Country manager.
Working on numerous national and international ERP projects, Irina has gained experience implementing ERP in various industries: service, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and retail. She has specialized mostly in implementing: Finance and accounting, Fixed Assets Management, Planning and Budgeting, Human Resources, Payroll and Trade and logistics. Additionally, she has been involved as a lead consultant during ERP localization for multiple countries in the area of Finance and Payroll.
Nowadays, Irina’s focus is mostly D365, where she has been working on multiple D365 implementations with a key role in pre-implementation analysis, project planning, business process design, configuration, functional testing and key users training. She has developed different skills and gained certifications and expertise in various areas regarding D365.

Elena Stamatoska is an experienced Project manager and Business analyst with over 15 years’ professional career working on and managing various types of IT Projects. She has extensive working experience on internationally funded projects, being an e-Government specialist knowledgeable in the field of taxes, accounting and public procurements. She holds BA in Economy, Financial management and has obtained Master degree in Financial Management, more specifically in e-Procurements.
Throughout the years she has cooperated and provided assistance to the business community and various state institutions on central and local government level with the aim of increasing their capacity, reengineering of their business processes and administrative procedures (reflected in the developed software applications) and initiating and undertaking reforms in general. Among these institutions are: Macedonian Public Procurement Bureau, Public Revenue Office Customs Administration, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Information Society and Administration, etc. Her role as a Project manager also included delivery of trainings for the civil servants and private sector representatives.
Elena is one of the first certified public procurement trainers in Macedonia – as of December 2009; she delivered around 150 detailed training courses and presentations on public procurement in the period 2005-2018, with the emphasis on the Macedonian e-Procurement system to various target groups.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) according to the PMI methodology as of May 2013. She has applied the knowledge gained with the certification on a large International project in Serbia – Michelin Group, Tigar Tyres (> 250M Euros), working as a Project manager for establishing a system for monitoring construction costs. She was also engaged as a Project manager on a D365 Implementation for a large International/Multi-country company based in 10 countries.
Working on large projects with already proven international partners and companies, she has developed expert knowledge and experience in: Project Management Methodologies and Concepts; Consulting; Business Process Analysis and Change Management; System Implementation and Design.
As part of the company’s senior management team she has applied the skills of business and operations development through direct pre-sales or sales roles, project and program management, consulting, team development and support management.
