We think we’re ready to face almost any eventuality; however, the real world has a nasty habit of triggering disasters at the least opportune time, often featuring a twist that throws plans into disarray. We will focus on three real-world BCP plans, each with a fatal flaw. We'll discuss elements that should be in a plan beyond the normal "textbook" guidance and actions for planning and testing.
