It is therefore essential to approach the challenge of protecting global critical information infrastructure by adopting effective international strategies and solutions.

David Kessler is Public Sector Counsel with Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where he manages regulatory and compliance requirements for product solutions offered to Federal, State, Local, Education and Public Safety customers. He is former General Counsel, Managing Attorney & Director of McAfee Public Sector LLC, a subsidiary of McAfee, and also served as McAfee’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining McAfee, David served as Group Corporate Counsel for the Public Sector business unit of Autodesk, Inc., as well as Senior Corporate Counsel – Public Sector for Symantec. David began his legal career in private practice with the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and a small firm in Northern Virginia. He received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
