Kristen Graf currently serves as the Executive Director of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), a national nonprofit that promotes the education, professional development, and advancement of women to achieve a strong diversified workforce and support a robust renewable energy economy. In 2013, Kristen was recognized for her work with the Award for Mid-Career Achievement in Mentoring and Education by the US Department of Energy’s C3E Initiative. Prior to WRISE, Kristen worked on renewable energy policy at the state and national level for the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) in Boston. Kristen is a Senior Fellow of the Environmental Leadership Program and received her BS in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University.

Jessica Booker

Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager

Jessica Booker has built Sunrun’s diversity and inclusion programming framework and initiatives from the ground up. She manages diversity and inclusion recruitment programs, public policy diversity outreach, and diversity training and development nationwide. Jessica also facilitates existing employer resource groups such as Sunrun’s Women’s Network, Veteran Liberty Group, LGTBQ & Allies Affinity Group, and Women in Tech while leading the charge in establishing new employee resource groups.

Purpose and drive fuel Jessica’s passion for diversity and inclusion. Her mission is to power forward diversity at Sunrun one hire at a time, while helping foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong.

Before joining Sunrun, Jessica Booker was the Interim Talent Acquisition Director at PepsiCo and led diversity and inclusion initiatives globally. Her previous experience also included working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner/Diversity Leader at Coca-Cola, and an Executive Recruiter at Lucas Group.

Jodi began working in the solar industry as Finance Manager for Dankoff Solar in 2003 after obtaining her Masters in accounting from University of New Mexico. She was pleasantly surprised to find herself working in an industry with many people who shared her passion for environmental and energy concerns. Jodi was part of the start-up group at Focused Energy in March of 2008 and saw it through acquisition by BayWa r.e. in 2010. She is proud to be part of a fantastic team that is truly dedicated to serving customers. Jodi also has an undergraduate degree in Geology from The Colorado College, where she developed a passion for hiking, backpacking, and beautiful rocks.
