Boaz Soifer is CEO of BayWa r.e. Solar Systems, a national solar equipment distributor with the mission of "liberating solar contractors to focus on building prosperous businesses and a sustainable solar industry." Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico the company is part of the global BayWa r.e. family of renewable energy companies. Boaz entered the solar industry during the Y2K boom of 1999 and since then he has worked in many different roles in companies focused on contracting, distribution, project development, and R&D in PV, small wind, solar heating (and cooling,) and biomass-fired district energy. At work, Boaz is particularly inspired to work in the nexus of personal and organizational development, and outside of work he also enjoys reading, playing chess, listening to and playing music, hiking, and dog training.

Jan worked at NASA, has a BS in Chemical Engineering, holds several patents, has numerous professional and Oracle/NetSuite qualifications, is a frequent contributor to key energy policy initiatives, and has traveled extensively abroad.

Colin is CEO and co-founder of Wave Solar, a solar lead generation and sales software company that works with hundreds of solar installers He previously ran the marketing for Mosaic, the largest home solar lender, where he led a DOE Sunshot grant focused on reducing customer acquisition costs. Before Mosaic, he built and sold a digital marketing agency called VisiSeek and was COO of a data management platform called Unite. Colin has helped to build digital marketing programs for COX Communications, Universal Music, SolarCity, NRG & over 50 other brands.
