Dr. Bordonaro has been involved in the renewable energy industry since 2003 with an emphasis on design, manufacturing and applications of solar PV modules. Before joining DNV GL, Dr. Bordonaro held positions at Evergreen Solar and Satcon, in a variety of product engineering and
management roles. She is well versed in international certification requirements governing the design, construction and performance of PV modules, as well as PV system design requirements and performance analysis. Dr. Bordonaro holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with Great Distinction from Clarkson University, and Masters and Ph.D. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Mechanics.
