Sustainability: Build or Buy -- REC Claims and Solar Developments

Wednesday, September 26
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: 206AB

Helping stakeholders understand drivers behind new commercial solar development is essential to the continued growth of the solar industry. By bringing together a diversity of perspectives, this session will identify how successful solar developers leverage the value of renewable energy credits (RECs) when evaluating potential solar investments, how marketers value and market solar RECs as part of their energy portfolios, and how corporate buyers evaluate the renewable energy purchases they make with their stakeholders.
