CohnReznick Capital

Conor is a Principal & Managing Director with CohnReznick Capital and is based in the New York Office. He is one of the original members of CohnReznick Capital and focuses primarily on renewable energy M&A (project, portfolio and platform), corporate capital raising, as well as structuring, negotiating and financing tax equity and debt investments.

Since joining in early 2011, Conor’s asset financing and M&A experience has included wind, residential, utility-scale & distributed solar, CSP and biomass transactions. Conor has also led buy-side and sell-side advisory for corporate acquisitions and operating assets. Conor has executed on over 8 GW of renewable energy projects.

Conor brings deep industry expertise to foster CRC’s clients’ growth over long term relationships. He has continuously advised developer, strategic, infrastructure and financial institutions across the wind and solar markets. Conor provides full end to end support for CRC’s clients.

Prior to CohnReznick Capital, Conor was a member of the Renewable Energy Structured Finance Group at Evolution Markets, focusing primarily on Renewable Energy Credits and Bundled PPA’s. Prior to joining Evolution Markets, Conor worked in the Investment Team at EcoSecurities in New York, helping to manage one of the world’s largest carbon project portfolios. 

Conor received his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and his CFA charter in 2009. He received a B.A. from Providence College.
