Britta is a Managing Director with CohnReznick Capital and leads the San Francisco Office. She has 10+ years of experience in investment banking, tax equity, corporate strategy, and development in the wind, solar, and broader environmental sector. Britta primarily focuses on transaction management, including M&A, structuring, and negotiation of tax equity with over $1B in project financing and $1.5B in corporate financing raised to date. She has previously been involved in numerous renewable energy transactions including utility-scale and distributed generation solar and solar-storage transactions in the US market and utility scale wind and solar transactions internationally. Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Britta was Head of Corporate Strategy and Development for Gestamp Solar.

Bryan Birsic, Cofounder and CEO of Wunder Capital brings extensive finance and capital raising expertise to Wunder, from private equity investing at Bain & Company to financing online commercial lending companies at Village Ventures. Notably, Bryan’s firm led early investments into commercial lending market leader OnDeck Capital. Along with his finance background, Bryan has built and led several companies that bring software approaches to new markets, most notably and recently SimpleReach, where Bryan was President and which has raised more than $15mm. Bryan attended Williams College, and moved with his family to Boulder from New York City several years ago.

Tom Leyden, as a 25+ year solar veteran and frequent speaker has perspective that audiences seem to enjoy. His career reflects the evolution of the solar and distributed energy industry beginning with solar hot water in 1980, his first 50 kW commercial PV installation in 2001, the first in the nation 9 MW rooftop in 2012, and one of the earliest examples of solar plus storage in 2015. His role as president of MSEIA and board member of SEIA speaks to his broader care and concern for the industry and participation in developing good solar policy.

Fleming Ray is a senior engineer focused on energy innovation and the integration of solar, storage and advanced data analytics. Mr. Ray currently leads DNV GL's residential solar due diligence practice and supports solar + storage technical due diligence at the residential, C&I, and utility-scale. Mr. Ray joined DNV GL as an engineer in 2014, and he has delivered approximately 100 IE reports in support of tax equity, debt, and cash equity transactions, M&A, and solar asset backed securitizations.
