Special Event Fundraising: What’s Trending and What’s Still Working?

Tuesday, July 24
1:30 PM - 2:45 PM
Location: Grand Ballroom A

How can an organization incorporate new technology trends with tried-and-true best practices? Which event features should an organization keep, and which should organizations look to improve with technology? Gesture’s Dianne Kleber will examine new developments in fundraising, like mobile technology and social media, and give actionable tips that you can take back to your organization and use to reach more donors and increase donations.

On the other hand, some aspects of special event fundraising have been successful for years and are still working well! Learn what you should keep doing (or what you should implement) in your silent auction, live auction, and donation campaign.

You will leave with the knowledge and resources necessary to revitalize your organization’s special events using best practices and tips sourced from data and experience.
