Have you ever run into hurdles or roadblocks when automating complex biological sample preparation workflows? Do you spend too much time at the bench on reagent prep, purchase the wrong workstation accessories, or spend months optimizing scripts? Automation has substantial potential to increase laboratory efficiency and save analyst time, but it can only be realized if these problems can be solved.
The fact is automation starts well before the robot. Consumables need to be designed for automation platforms. To truly obtain the benefits that automation can bring, there needs to be a partnership between the consumables, chemistries, method experts and robotics workstations. Through this partnership, reproducible, robust methods can be seamlessly translated into automated processes. When this is done purposefully, you have a powerful combination of technologies that streamline workflows and help you achieve your automation potential.
This seminar will focus on:
• Automation options for Released N-Glycan and Quantitative Protein Bioanalysis
• Robustness testing that goes into verifying consumables for automation
• A review of Waters automation kits featuring today’s leading robotics systems
