Multispan is well known for our production of quality stable GPCR cell lines along with their corresponding functional assays. Through these activities, we have observed many things that have influenced these activities. In this tutorial, we will share some of these secrets to help you build better cell lines. In addition, we will share experiences in developing cell lines and how the selection of a parental cell line is critical to success and how receptor expression levels are critical to the signaling profiles that are seen. It is also critical to be able to measure activity in a cell that is downstream to the initial signal. To that end, we have expanded our in-cell ELISA assays and have increased our ability to measure activity from native cells. We hope that by attending this tutorial, you will learn methods that will help you to perform assays better and will also learn about Multispan and how we may be able to help you in your drug discovery efforts.
