1251-B - A new method to improve microplate selection criteria for cell assays

Monday, February 5, 2018
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

A method will be presented to improve selection criteria of microplates to use with cell assays.

Example data on will be presented that demonstrates how the method works by analyzing the precision of assay results on a well positions when a specific assay protocol is followed. The method provides a highly reproducible method to compare plate uniformity so that differences that add to an assay's SD can be reduced.
