1042-C - Achieving High Efficiency and Confidence in Single-cell Cloning by Combining Cell Printing and Image Analysis Technologies

Tuesday, February 6, 2018
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Effective single-cell cloning plays an important role in generation of monoclonal antibodies. Within the past years, single-cell technologies especially microfluidic drop-on-demand dispensing have gained increased attention in biopharmaceutical industry. The development and characterization of single-cell deposition with manual image verification that provides greater than 99.99% assurance of clonally-derived cell lines will be discussed.
