Presentation Type: Presentation
Microsoft Power BI is rich with its default visualisations and can also be extended by adding custom visuals from the Office Store (store.office.com). But besides those visuals, there is another option: you can also create your own visual to be used in your reports. How is this done? Where to start?
These were also questions I had before I started creating my own visuals. Now with hands-on experience in creating and submitting custom visuals I will explain and demonstrate in this session how to start creating your own visual, what are the best practices, and what are the extra next steps needed before submitting the visual to the Office Store.
