Underrepresentation of students who are culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) in gifted programs has been a long-term discussion in education. It is essential to construct effective and culturally relevant strategies to guide educators as they identify students as having gifts and talents. Establishing home visits can be a talent tool to increase the participation of CLD students in gifted education.
