Incorporating gifted pedagogy into classroom practice is an ongoing, challenging process. Systematic reflection on teaching practices can contribute to improved experiences for students and teachers. In this session, we describe characteristics of a classroom observation tool and demonstrate ways in which it can be used to reflect on classroom practice. Recommendations for integration into a reflective administrator-teacher partnership are provided.
