I am an innovative project manager overseeing and participating in many initiatives that push the boundaries of the traditional classroom instructional model. I am a cognitive coach who can mediate people's thinking about their practices. I am a gifted expert with hundreds of hours of delivering professional development to teachers and leaders. I am an expert curriculum designer and have facilitated the creation and augmentation of curricula from many content areas and grade levels. I am a collaborator and a leader and move between these roles seamlessly. I am also a technology specialist. I can excel in any platform and can bring up the efficacy of those around me.

I am lucky enough to have worked in positions that have fed all of these skill sets and that have constantly pushed the boundaries of traditional education practices in innovative ways. I will bring this spirit of innovation to any organization that I work with.
