12 - Creative Self-Efficacy in Elementary-Aged Students with Gifts and Talents

Creative self-efficacy (the belief in one’s ability to be creative) is an important sub-component of creativity. Enhancement of student creative self-efficacy may lead to higher creative ability, which is a key skill listed by employers for future employees to have. A background of literature, suggestions for future research, and suggestions for how to enhance student creative self-efficacy are provided.
