Friday, Nov 16
3:15 PM – 4:15 PM

This presentation focuses on social coping strategies among Honors College undergraduate students. After describing results from a study investigating how coping strategies function for Honors College students, and what other characteristics are associated with their use, we provide suggestions for mitigating the experience of social stress for this population and ways to accommodate their needs through a supportive environment.
