NAGC meetups are hosted by attendees passionate about their subject. Meetups start at 5:30 in various locations. Saturday night the GLBTQ's network's annual evening event starts at 6:00 in Symphony I.
GLBTQ and Allies Culture Expo--An Evening of Music, Art, and Words Featuring artwork and performances by local students and performances by/Q and A with local LGBTQ and allied adult community performers, this evening will create a memorable, affirming evening for gifted-GLBTQ students. With time to discuss students’ creative efforts with them, it also offers an opportunity for educators to gain insights into working with and creating visibility for their own gifted-GLBTQ students.

Gifted Education Coordinators Meetup Join gifted education coordinators from across the nation to share successes and discuss challenges related to the coordination of gifted services. Equitable programming, identification, programatic resources and staff development will be among the topics of discussion.

Homeschoolers Meetup We’ll discuss the many patterns of homeschooling (partial or full-time, with curricula or "unschooling," K-12 or just for a short while) pursued by parents of gifted children, and we’ll share information on many resources for families of gifted children to help them decide if homeschooling is a good fit and how to do it if they so choose.

Parent & Community Meetup Parents, do you have questions about education for your gifted child? How about questions about their social or emotional development? Special Schools and Programs Meetup – Create, Converse, Commune It takes special people who are incredibly dedicated to make special schools and programs for gifted students a reality. Often we do this work of love in isolated pockets. Meet up with colleagues from across the nation to recharge, swap stories, and problem solve – know you are not alone!

Unique Needs of Twice-Exceptional Students Twice-Exceptional students have many exceptional needs.
