Joanna Snyder is the Associate Director of Scholar Services at Indiana University. Previously, Snyder was an international student advisor at University of Louisville and the University of Oklahoma. She specializes in international scholar (F-1, H-1B, J-1 O-1, TN, E-3, and Permanent Residence) advising. Her management experience includes team leadership, policy development, and departmental and campus communication. She regularly trains as a part of NAFSA Trainer Corps. She has been actively involved in international education for over 20 years.

Dawn Cepica is the Lead Administrator of Faculty & Staff Immigration Services in the Office of International Affairs at Texas Tech University. She has served for over 17 years working with student/scholar issues. She is a member of NAFSA Trainer Corps and presented at NAFSA conferences and training programs including "Basics of Filing Academic H-1B Petitions" and "Pathways to Permanent Residency." Dawn served as chair of the Employment Based Scholar Subcommittee-NAFSA ISSRP, the Dean of the "Basics of Filing Academic H-1B Petitions" Workshop and as the ACC 2017 Workshop Coordinator. Currently she serves on the ACC 2018 as Content Chair.
