Jessie Jones, MPA, ASQ-CQIA, is Program Coordinator for the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement for the Center for Health Communities within MPHI. In this role, Ms. Jones provides program area and project oversight, and designs and facilitates trainings on quality improvement and related topics to public health practitioners. Ms. Jones has facilitated group processes at the state and local levels with a variety of public health audiences in Michigan. Ms. Jones is a Certified Quality Improvement Associate through the American Society of Quality and served as one of the authors of the second edition of Embracing Quality in Public Health: A Practitioner’s Quality Improvement Guidebook. Ms. Jones received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Michigan State University and is a trained Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator.
